Park N Joy was born out of a real family’s need for a better way to travel. As a mom of four daughters, I understand how chaotic, unpredictable, and exhausting family trips can be—especially when your child has special medical needs.

Our 3-year-old daughter was recently diagnosed with EPP, a rare condition that makes her extremely sun-sensitive. That diagnosis changed everything for our family. We suddenly had to navigate trips with the constant fear of sun exposure and the stress of finding shaded, safe places just to take a break or enjoy an outing. It was exhausting trying to plan ahead for every scenario, and heartbreaking to feel like our daughter might miss out on the world because of it.

That’s why we created Park N Joy—an app that doesn’t just help you find a stop, but helps you find the *right* stop. One that’s safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for families of all types, needs, and ages. With built-in tools for discovering playgrounds, restaurants, hotels, bathrooms, and shaded or quiet zones, Park N Joy is designed to support real families in real moments.
